As the founder of Breaking Through Coaching & Consulting and Let’s Awaken Purpose, I left Corporate America to reclaim my own voice—and now I help others do the same.

Through my framework, The Power Pause, I guide women leaders to step away from constant performing and reconnect with their inner truth. My work blends neuroscience, psychology, and lived immigrant experience to show that pausing isn’t weakness—it’s a strategic act of leadership.

A proud Colombian-American, Latina, and immigrant, I’ve walked through the very pressures I now help women break free from: burnout, perfectionism, and proving their worth.
