She has spent the last 20 years delivering business value to financial firms and advisors through innovative programs and technology and is a noted speaker and panel member at various industry and association events.

• Co-Founded IncomeConductor that provides a complete program to financial advisors who wish to capture the exploding opportunities in the distribution marketplace, including a platform of support services and an award winning SaaS technology, IncomeConductor®.

• Founded Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)-registered investment management firm ("RIA") with two other principals, grew from $0 AUM to over $900M AUM, and developed processes and procedures to support white-glove Turnkey Asset Management Program that serviced 1,500+ individual wealth accounts and ERISA retirement plans
